Visa, the world’s leader in digital payments, is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition solution delivery, reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Delivery in Austin, TX.
You will be in a leadership role driving all aspects of delivering best-of-breed Talent Acquisition solutions (Talent sourcing, Candidate Relations, Recruiting, Hiring, pre-boarding, and onboarding). You will use your technical acumen and work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their vision and deliver solutions with amazing end-user experiences. This role will work closely with the global and regional TA teams to manage and support the implementation of technology projects that include their needs and accessibility requirements.
The ideal candidate will have people management experience, a deep knowledge of the Talent Acquisition Technology landscape, and a strong technology background to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. You will build and lead a technical team to design, configure, develop, integrate, test, and deploy holistic solutions for Visa employees.
