checkTo get really noticed with a company launch, you have to do something big. Make grand statements about how your product is going to change the world. You know the drill: We’re going to kill A. Recruiters will no longer have to B. X is the new way of the world, Y stinks.

But here’s the thing. We’re really excited about our new company Recruiter.com not because we’re doing something that hasn’t been done before. We want to do what we’ve done best and then make it all a lot bigger.

So we don’t want to do something new because it’s great as it is. We just want to build on it. We want to give our social network new life, new organization, new services and technology, and better visibility. Our new company is better equipped to do that and we’re tremendously excited about it.

We have a heck of a brand name now, but it’s really a lot more than that. We now have some mean technical talent to execute our wild and ferociously creative ideas. We’re committed to growing a great company and giving the recruiting industry a better platform for community and learning than ever before.

So it’s kind of like we’re starting something new, but really it feels more like we’re growing legs. Or sowing eggs. Or mowing kegs. Whatever you call it, we’re looking forward to more great conversation, community and networking.
